Catastrophic claim criteria:

Fatalities
Brain damage
Severe spinal cord injures
Severe burns
Amputations
Heart attack
Loss of function to a major organ
Catastrophic loss claims in which more than one employee is injured in the same accident (i.e. explosion)
Serious fire losses or any damage to a building that will result in interruption of business.
